Mrs. Lenora Johnson Millang

Lenora Johnson Millang, 49 of Sylvania passed Saturday afternoon, October 16, 2021 surrounded by her family at the Memorial Health University. She was a native of Sylvania, born to the late Larose Ann Brown and Miller Johnson, and was a member of the Bay Branch Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Screven County High School, Class of 1990, where she was a member of the FFA and also lettered in band. After high school, she attended Ogeechee Technical College for a degree in nursing. Due to a debilitating health condition she was unable to continue and became a full time home maker. She loved her crafts, fishing, and exploring for paranormal activity on the weekends. Survivors include her husband, Leonard “Lenny” Millang of Sylvania; children and their spouses, Cody and Michelle Widener of Madison, IN, Taylor Widener and Wayne Mabrey of Tifton, GA, and Jamie and Bailey Hendrix of Sylvania; grandchildren, Colten Judd Widener, Jason Blaze McBride, Junus Liam Widener, Jacob Raylan Widener, Alesana larose Appel, Scarlett Elizabith Appel, Henry Michael Hendrix, and Audrey Ann Hendrix; and very special friend, Kathy McMillan of Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 1:00pm in the Bay Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Blake Hicks and Rev. Wayne Whitley officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jamie Hendrix, Patrick Mallard, Christopher Smith, Mark Snell, David Bragg, Logan Hendrix, Tony Page, and George Breedlove.
